Support and Fulfillment
Orders for physical goods ship within 1-5 business days with the exception of pre-orders, which ship after the pre-order period has ended. We ship via USPS and you will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days and international orders can take up to three weeks depending on how swiftly they make it through customs.
For digital downloads, you will immediately receive two emails—one that is receipt of purchase and one that contains the link to download your file. These download emails occasionally get flagged as spam if you are using a third party spam blocker, so please check your spam folder. The link to download your file expires after one click, so please click the link only on your desktop computer and wait for the download to finish. If you are having trouble downloading your digital file, email email@example.com.

If your order is damaged or broken in transit, email email@example.com and we will resolve your issue and get you a new item as soon as possible. If you need to return an item for any other reason, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will walk through how to process that return. Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped/received in order to be refunded.
Your order information is collected and saved as a part of the checkout process but your information will remain private and will never be sold or shared with a third party. You will not be added to our email list without your consent, but you may receive specific emails from us in the future if there is an update to a product you purchased.
